Every minute on the minute:
5 Rep Squats for 5 minutes: 225
5 Rep Bench for 5 minutes: 135
5 Reps Seated Curl and Shoulderpress: 25
Swam 600 Yards
so hard to find pants
i dont know why im always scared to go heavy.
215 went up pretty easy even after all those sets. 285 went up pretty easy too..
i guess after every exercise, ill just do at least one heavy set.
cant be scared.
